September 23 Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest at Printer’s Ale! Join us Saturday September 23rd for lots of authentic German beer, food, and music. Starts at noon!
Did you know that Oktoberfest has already begun? It’s true! With the traditional cry of “O’zapft is” — “It’s tapped” — The Mayor of Munich Dieter Reiter inserted the tap in the first keg at noon on Saturday, officially opening the 18-day festivities. We here at Printer’s Ale will kick off our season on Saturday the 23rd with plenty of traditional German beer, music, and food!
Come try traditional German Helles lager from an authentic dimpled stein, in 1 or .5 liter sizes, available all day outdoors in our Helles Tent!
Authentic German food will be served up by the Oma Margot’s German Kitchen food truck, featuring such delicacies as Knockwurst, Bratwurst, Weißwurst, Rotkul (red cabbage), German potato salad, pretzels, and more!
We’ll also have T&T BBQ on site to serve up some delicious American BBQ!
Drink beer and compete to win at our Annual Stien Hoisting Competition, starting at 5pm!
And Auf Gehts will be playing plenty of fun German polka and Oompah music from 6:30pm to 9:30pm!
