Job Title: Bartender
Position Summary: Provides beer pouring and service duties per the below position responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Pouring beer in either the Tap Room or The Bindery
- Knowledge of all beer styles and able to discuss and inform guest as to each beer on the menu
- Rinse incoming glasses and place in rack for runner/busser to clean
- Restock glasses as delivered from runner/busser
- Maintain and clean bar
- Replenish draft stock and cooler as needed
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to carry out multi-task projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
